We had been looking with Tim for our first home. Tim was very patient and with his help and knowledge we felt comfortable during the whole process. Making the stressful process of buying a home in this market fun! When we did find our dream home, of course there were multiple offers. We put together our best offer and with Tim’s advice the seller chose our offer even though there were other offers at a higher price. Thanks again Tim, you’re the best.
